I absolutely love traveling. Last year we spent 48hours in Las Vegas , a week in Lake Tahoe and a week in San Diego.
I always wanted to see Vegas, just cause I am french and it's so America. Charlie and I spent a day in the city and a day driving a jeep through the desert. My favorite part of the trip was the desert with its amazing landscape and interesting places in the middle of nowwhere, sometimes a little strange :)
We met an interesting woman, an artist. She turned her yard into a museum, not your typical museum. Her art pieces are made of materials she found walking through the desert and some abandoned mines.
Winter Wonderland: Lake Tahoe
One of the most beautiful place I have seen in the States. We were lucky we had the best snow ever, an amazing amount :)

This has been a busy season with weddings, family sessions and some travelling. Now I have a little bit more time to blog and I am excited to be sharing all the photos I captured in 2011.
I love taking pictures of family in their homes. This family was so much fun to photograph. The first time I met them, Jennifer was pregnant with twins. This time I got to meet the new babies, already 9 month old. Eliza the big sister is beautiful and has such a fun personality. Thank you Severine for the referral www.birthinharmony.com, she is a great Doula! :)
The next image was taking by Eliza almost 3 years old using my Canon, I think she has some serious potential, I love the angle :)

A great couple, Beth and I really enjoyed being a part of their wedding day. Loved the colors and details they chose for the ceremony and reception. All the vendors were awesome!

A beautiful wedding the day before the hurricane. Rosalinda and Nikola were awesome, laid-back and a lot of fun. I fell in love with the venue, a very unique home in Jamestown overlooking Narragansett Bay. We definately took advantage of the architecture and the interesting interior design for some of the shots :)

The cupcakes looked delicious http://www.patticakesri.com/
The flowers were stunning, creation of Rosalinda's mother and friends.

This was a great trip to the West for a great occasion: Chad (my brother- in -law) and Cecilia's wedding. Cecilia is originally from Australia, they live in Austin TX and they decided to have a destination wedding in San Diego where the sun is guaranteed :) I agreed to do the pictures for them through the portraits so I could fully enjoy the reception. They found Garret Eaton to take over, a great local photographer with a very nice personality http://garretteatonphotography.com
I absolutely loved San Diego, the weather, the colors, the architecture, the palm trees and the people. I did venture to LAX for one day, had to see Hollywood :) Here are some images from that trip. Destination weddings are FUN!
Ocean beach, one of my favorite part of San Diego
